Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Opened beauty or cosmetic items
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds may be sent through:
    • Bank transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    • Original payment method (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Issue details

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order will follow the standard return process.
